We currently have an opportunity for a creative and ambitious Marketing student to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing and forward-thinking business who have a market leading family of brands. Working as part of an enthusiastic and dynamic Marketing team you will be primarily responsible for managing events and exhibitions to include, professional representation of the brand stands, brand collateral, samples and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide events and exhibitions planning support to include attendance, professional representation of the brand to include stands, brand collateral, samples, and staff.
  • Organise and set up training courses including printing of the documentation.
  • Gather social media content and transfer relevant information to team members.
  • Advise when artwork is due for advertising by using the relevant spreadsheet.
  • Maintain up-to-date information across all marketing spreadsheets.
  • Provide marketing support to our merchant network.
  • Manage the brand merchandise ensuring correct levels of stock and usage.
  • Assist with the packaging and posting of merchandise to customers.
  • Provide support to the technical team with technical documentation.
  • Responsible for formatting and updating information on specification documents/flyers for Area Sales Managers.
  • Responsible for ordering and editing contact information for business cards.
  • Organise professional photography as and when required.
  • Provide support to the marketing team in other activities.
